The Educator

Eric is an Instructional Coach at the Waukesha STEM Academy in Waukesha, WI. In his role, Eric has the privilege of working with teachers to develop the most dynamic hands on, engaging, and innovative learning environment possible for our kids. He believes ALL kids have the right to an education that empowers them to be individuals, creative thinkers, designers, and agents of change.

He believes our children are our future and their education is paramount to their success.

The Athlete

Throughout his life, sports have been his outlet, his safe haven, a place of great reflection and growth. Eric believes, in no other setting can we get the immediate feedback that we get through sport. In sport, you get out what you put in.

Eric puts his heart and soul into his training and competition because he knows he will learn something and grow to be a better man. Now, as a co-founder of Project Echelon, He has an even greater cause to ride for. he rides to support the men and women who were willing to risk it all for the safety and freedom of our country.

The Man

Eric's family is his rock, his support, and his motivation to be involved in active organizations that seek to make our communities better places.

He has been married to his wife, Emily, for 5 years. They have two beautiful children who bring them an immeasurable amount of joy and purpose to their lives.

His family also has a deep history in military service. Eric's sister and brother-in-law currently serve, something of which he is very proud of. he believes it is his duty and purpose to use his talents to support our military men and women through the work of Project Echelon.
