MATT LUTZDirector of Business and Legal Development
Since starting his career as a laborer, Matt has had the unique opportunity to work with world class construction organizations such as Bechtel, FMI and McDermott. He received mentoring from the truly engaged and impactful leaders of these companies. These experiences allowed him to learn from diverse, multicultural teams in building complex projects in remote areas throughout the world. |
TIM SAVREDirector of Athlete Relations
Tim is a pro-cyclist with a heart to help our veterans transition into civilian life. With extensive knowledge of sport and nutrition, he helps our veterans develop a plan to achieve their goals through endurance sport. He also empowers members of the race team to work with, and mentor the veterans Project Echelon Serves. |
JOSHUA BOGUSLOFSKI
Director of Military Relations
Josh is a Soldier/athlete who still serves in the US Army and assists in the connection between current servicemembers, veterans, and Project Echelon. Josh shares the values and principles of Project Echelon because endurance athletics is what has helped, and continues to help him with his mental, emotional, and physical healing process every day. |
